All orders shipped to Canada and the United States will be shipped using Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground And USPS. Fed Ex and UPS DOES NOT Deliver to Rural Routes and PO Boxes. There will be a $12.00 Processing Fee added to ALL orders- Canadian and Continental United States. July 1, 2010 Tax changes to HST (13%) will be added to Canadian orders. (this takes over for PST/GST) Shipping within Canada, we have a fixed rate of $21.95 per Order. Our costs have Skyrocketed due to fuel charge included with this is the box price, packaging and shipping. Estimated Shipping Delivery Time for Canada and United States: 2 - 25 Business Days. Any damaged products must be reported to us by email within 2 business days. If you are returning a product , please email us with your name, address, product number, tracking number, and explanation of damage to product.
