Return Refund Policy



You must return all merchandise unused within 15 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards, etc. A  25% re-stocking fee will be applied.

All shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE (unless due to damage)

For your assurance that returned merchandise is received safely, we suggest you return via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed ex with insured delivery. All returned shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please completely fill out the back of your invoice in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return for a refund. Should you need further instructions on a return, please, do not hesitate to contact us.

NOTE: Should you choose to refuse your order for any reason once it has already been shipped, you will be issued a refund, but not the shipping costs. Our company, ALL DOGS GO TO BED, is not required to give a refund if the customer did not fill out correct name & shipping address on the order form or if the package arrives on the specified guaranteed date that the customer had expected during the ordering of said item, but was unable due to the following:

  1. Customer is not at the specified address given.
  2. Business closed for the weekend, holiday or vacation.
  3. No one home at time of delivery.
  4. Package was not accepted by customer.
  5. Package was not accepted by company, or personal in charge of receiving said package or packages.
  6. Customer gave wrong address or package was undeliverable.

Please arrange to have someone you know to accept package if you know you will not be at said address. Customer must specify date for delivery if customer will not be home on the said date of delivery.
