You can have your pet's original picture put on this Pooches Pet Bed for free. All you have to do is email us a high resolution picture. No cell phone pictures. The picture needs to be no smaller than 1.5" and no larger than 8.5" x 11" in JPEG format at 300 DPI. The picture should be a level, up close shot with your pet's face (or profile) in focus. Please make sure the picture is clear. If you send us a fuzzy picture than your pet's bed will come out fuzzy. NOTE: There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
